Non Refundable Booking Fees
I’ve Regretfully Been Made To Enforce A Non-Refundable Booking Fee Due The Fact Of An Increase In Last Minute Cancellations & No Shows.
When Making An Appointment Online Via My Booking App, Payment Must Be Made To Finalise The Chosen Timeslot. If Messaging Me Directly To Book, An Invoice Will Be Sent, No Appointment Will Be Booked Until The Invoice Is Payed.
If Appointment Is Cancelled Or Rescheduled With More Than 48hrs Notice, Booking Fee Will Be Put On Your Account For Your Future Appointment.
If Cancelled Or Rescheduled With In The 48hr Period, This Fee Will Be Forfeited. If No Payment Was Taken At The Time Of Booking, An Invoice Will Be Sent With The Fee. No Future Bookings Will Be Made Until That Invoice Is Paid. Upon Paying That Invoice, When Booking Another Appointment, You Will Receive A New Invoice For A Non Refundable Booking Fee Which Must Be Paid To Secure Your Timeslot.

I Do My Best To Make Sure Everyone’s Ease Of Getting An Appointment Time To Suit Them Is Achievable. If You Have To Cancel Or Change Your Appointment, At Least 48hrs Are Required As Notice So I Have The Chance To Offer That Time To Someone Else. Being One Person & This Being My Only Source Of Income, It’s Unfair On My Family To Go Without When The Time Slot Could Have Been Filled Had I Been Given Enough Notice.
When Booking An Appointment, You Automatically Receive A Text Stating The Day, Date & Time of The Appointment Made.
3 Days Before your Appointment Date, You’ll Receive Another Text For Confirmation That You’ll Be Attending This Appointment. You Must Reply To This As Failing To Do So Could Result In Termination Of This Appointment As Well As Cancellation Fees. Along With Your Confirmation Text, A Link Is Sent With A Consult Form. I Ask That You Please DO Fill This In Prior To Your Appointment So I Have A Rough Idea Of Your Hair History, What You’re Hoping To Get Out Of Your Appointment & I Can Potentially Prepare What I Need To Give You What You Hope For!
